Hello there! I have a three room apartment to share for rent. The apartment also has a big living/dining room, kitchen and bathroom. The price per room is as follows: Biggest room 334€/month and the other two 314€/month each. It is perfectly furnished for students or young people. Utilities such as electricity, gas, internet and water are paid apart depeding on their usage. 

The neighbourhood is nice and safe with bars and shops everywhere, supermarket, gym and everything you may need. It is also very well communicated with Colombia metro stop (pink line 8-Airport line!)  2min walk and lots of bus stops around. 

We need people that wants to stay for 6 months at least/minimum.
