flatmate with whom we can speak in english everyday

We are looking for a native person who speaks with us in english every day. 

We offer a room of our flat in Madrid for a period of 4 months or more. In exchange she will not have to pay the monthly rent (only tv, wifi, electricity, water, cleaning costs- aprox 60 euros).

We live in San Chinarro. We need to improve our speaking english in a short period of time due to our jobs.
