ROOMS FOR RENT -- MADRID HISTORICAL CENTRE

Hi all! We have 2 single rooms left to rent in our sharehouse in Madrid's historical centre. You are equally close to Opera, Sol, or Callao metros. 

There are currently 3 rooms in total, but the largest is now occupied which leaves two.  Historic heritage building with lift access, very large house with high ceilings, enormous kitchen and 2 bathrooms. 

Of the two rooms left available, the smaller room is 340 euros + 40 for bills (wifi, heating etc). The larger of the two will be 350 euros + 40 for bills. However, as one of the public spaces in the house is currently being renovated we are providing a 50 euro discount on each room until the salon is completed. The smaller room is now available, the larger available from mon 15 sept. We would prefer long term rentals and are looking for lovely, professional tenants.
