ROOM IN GRAN VIA!!

we are 2 girls and one boy and we are looking for a roommate ages 25-35. We are renting 1 big room, furnished (huge closet, 105cm bed, desk, night stand, chair) and interior (quiet but with a lot of light).   
The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room with lots of natural light, two bathrooms and an extra little room for storage, ironing, hanging clothes, etc.  the building is reformed and has an interior patio and an elevator.  the apartment is in a great location... very central!  It's 2 minutes from metro gran via, 5 minutes to sol, 12 minutes to retiro park.  The rent for the room is 450 euros/month.  
We ask for a deposit of one month's rent.  Let us know if you have any more questions!
