Hi, we are looking a new flatmate, the atmosphere at our flat is very good, we look for  clean, no smoking and friendly people, very important (but if you like we can speak spanish).

The flat is completely furnished, the room is very big, with a big wardrobe, all your clothes will fit even the winter ones, central heating and fiber optic internet.

The flat is very well located, if you need to catch the train (cercanías) to go to the outside of Madrid, you have Atocha station (7 min) and Delicias station (3 min); If you prefer to go to the park to exercise or just to enjoy, you have the Retiro (10 min) and Madrid Rio(10 min); to do the purchase, forget about carrying bags on the subway, Mercadona, Supercor , Lidl, Día, Ahorramas, the Corte Chino, greengrocers and the market are 3 blocks around, that you re partying late  at the city center, well you can ride one of the rental bikes (7 min) and dropped in any of the 2 drop points next to the house, also walking is an option (25 min) or two night buses will bring you home, and during the day several buses or the subway (line 3) will drop you one block away.
