 I'm looking for a new flatmate from 1 September onwards. I am flexible with the entrance date. It can be 1 October if required.  The landlord is great and flexible with everything too.

 Double room with balcony, fitted wardrobe, private bathroom, pool, fully equipped kitchen, big living room with dining area, storage room, wifi, air con and heating sharing with an English teacher from the UK.

 Close to Almendrales metro which is 10 mins to Sol and 4 minutes walk to Doce de Octubre train station....4 mins to Mendez Alvaro and 7 mins to Atocha.

 Rent is 350 per month plus bills.  Deposit is 400 euros and can be paid over 2 months if needed.
