Help with finding an apartment/room

Do you need help finding an apartment or room? Choosing the right area? Dealing with landlords in Spanish?

What about all those hundred of other little questions about finding and deciding whether or not to take an apartment in a new country? Is there a supermarket nearby? How well connected is it to public transport? Will it be too cold in the winter? Too hot in the summer? Will it be too noisy at night? Is it an area you’d be comfortable in? And anything else you might need to consider.

I can help.

I’ve lived in Madrid for six years, speak the language and have a lot of experience with the process.

I’ll help make it a whole lot easier and less stressful than it needs to be.

Payment is half a month’s rent on the apartment or room you end up taking. Estate agents here charge at least twice that for doing practically nothing.

€100 is to be paid on our first meeting which is deductable from your final payment.
