Hi! We´re looking for a flatmate for a lovely room in flat in Valdeacederas. The flat is very close to Pza Castilla and 15 minutes by metro to Sol. 
The room is big with lots of drawers, shelves, 2 wardrobes, large desk. The flat has a large living-room,fully-equipped kitchen and bathroom. The flat is very quiet as it´s on a side street. 
310€ euros plus gastos of approx. 40€ per month...gas, electricity, water and internet. Deposit of 300€.
