Wanted 2 bd Flat ~ Salamanca area (nice) accommodations

My daughter (27) and I (50) are looking for a nice quiet flat to rent until the end of the year, maybe flexible about the dates, but we need a place this month (8). Quiet, respectful, one of us is fluent in Spanish and the onther, not so much. We have a nice home in the States and would like similar accommodations :-)
