DOUBLE ROOM, quiet & bright in Pza Mayor!! :D

Hi! Pepe (my dog), David and I are looking for a flatmate to enter the END OF AUGUST. It´s in the heart of Madrid (Pza Mayor), 5 min walk from Sol. It has a big living room, a bathroom and a kitchen. Internet & telephone. Also central heating (important in winter). The room has high ceilings, a large window, very bright and silent ( interior). It has a double bed, a 3 door wardrobe and a desk. The house is big: 90m2  very quiet and bright. We looking for a cheerful, peaceful  person that also loves dogs :).  Minimum stay about 9 months.We would be 3 in total in the flat.The price is 390€, plus expenses about 20-30€ (internet, telephone, electricity, water etc.) And 150€ deposit.
