Looking for spanish speakers

I have been exchanging languages with different people in the past but it doesn't work out properly. Either because they don't have time or they have other personal stuff to deal with. 
So, I am only looking for people who have the time to meet and really interested to do language exchange more often. I am 30 years old and through past experience I can tell you I need a serious person who can be my friend and go out together.
