Hi! Im spanish girl who is renting an individual room with a modern bathroom situated inside the room. The flat is located in Retiro, 5 minutes from metro Ibiza and 2 minutes from Retiro Park. It has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is shared with only me!

The rent is 450€ + Bills: Wireless Internet, Electricity and water (cost of bills fluctuates)
