I have a double room to rent in a flat in between Urgel and Marques de Vadillo. Very close to the river, Atletico stadium and San Isidro. It is shared with me and my ferret.
The price is 275 plus bills.
It has a modern bathroom and kitchen. 3rd floor, no lift.
Its a quiet block. Half an hour walk from the centre. Close to the Green Metro and buses.
