American looking to live with French/Spanish Speaker

Hello! My name is Kristy and I am 33.  I am a Spanish teacher from the US.  I am working on my master's in French.  I will be working in Las Rozas from September 1 to June 30. I plan to take some French classes while I am in Madrid. I would really like to find someone to live with who speaks French.  I want to be able to bring my cat if possible but it's not mandatory.  My cat Joey does NOT like other cats but he loves dogs.  I am a vegetarian, I am active, I like to run 5K races, I love to travel. I don't smoke, I drink occasionally. I am kind, respectful and like to get to know new people.  Joey is the big fluffy white cat in the basket! :)
