Charming summer apartment rental

Subletting my fully-furnished apartment for the month of August, September, and most likely October with a possibility of long term rental/taking over my lease. It's a lovely 1-bedroom apartment located in the city center in the fashionable neighborhood of Chueca......it's perfect for one person, but a couple could manage just fine! Unlike most typical and drab Madrid apartments, this one has been newly renovated - it's colorful and gets lots of nautural light. The apartment is located at Alonso Martinez, just down the street from lots of bars, restaurants, and clubs, but as it's on a little and quiet street, you can't hear any street noise.
