The apartment is on the second floor and overlooks a huge inner courtyard that provides plenty of natural light and shelter from the otherwise noisy Madrid streets. It is well furnished, tastefully decorated and has a partition separating the bedroom from the living room.

It has an open plan kitchen with kitchen, bathroom and corridor. Fiber optic Internet: Wi-Fi & ADSL.    

Located in the south of Malasaña very close to Callao. Great for nightlife, shopping and sightseeing. It is also very well connected with in terms of public transport. Metro stations: Callao (L3, L5), Gran Vía (L1, L5), Plaza de España (L2, L3, L10), and plenty of bus routes.
