Hi! I'm a spaniard girl who is renting an indivual room, very shine and quite. Its furnished, with bed 90, desk and closet.
The flat is reformed 3 years ago, with big living room, kitchen with dishes-machine, laundry-machine, microwave, oven... 
There is cats in the flat, very lovely and shy, so its important you like animals.
The place is Vistalegre Metro, 15 min left from Callao, very quiet but commercial (supermarkets, very well communicated..)
