Se alquila habitación con cama y armario grande, el piso tiene 2 baños y es un piso muy tranquilo con gente joven que estudia y trabaja. El lugar es muy bueno tienes en frente un supermercado, a unas calles gimnasio, a 3 calles el parque del retiro y muchos bares donde ver el futbol o tomarte unas cañas.

Looking for someone to take over my spacious room in Goya (also close to Ibiza metro) in June. The flat is awesome - cute, comfortable. Cool, laid-back flatmates, only 5 minutes (WALKING!!) from RETIRO. We have a cleaning lady that comes every week - so you will never have to bicker with housemates about cleaning. Rent is 350 euros. The only other thing on top of that is internet (11 euros) and your share of the cleaning service, which is super cheap - nothing more than that! PM me if interested! Cheers!
