I will find a nice flat for you in Madrid

I've been living in Madrid for more than 10 years now and finding a nice flat when I arrived was kind of a nightmare, because I didn't know the city or how contracts and inmobiliarias (real estate companies) worked. 
I've moved several times and I know exactly where and how to look for a nice flat with the best conditions and price. I also know Madrid thoroughly, so I can also provide advice regarding the different areas and where to look according to your lifestyle. 
Tell me what your preferences are, what you're looking for, the kind of neighborhood you'd like to live in and I'll come back to you with a list of potential homes with all the info you will need. I can also make the calls and arrange the appointments for you and even go visit the flats/houses with you (I'm totally fluent both in English and Spanish and have a car).
I can focus on properties that are being rented by the owner or I can also include those rented by agencies (these usually charge a one month fee).
