ROOM IN GRAN VIA!!!

we are 2 girls (Spanish and american) and we are looking for a roommate. We are renting a big room, furnished (huge closet, bed, desk, night stand, chair) exterior with a balcony.
 
the apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, a big living room with lots of natural light, two bathrooms and an extra little room for storage, ironing, hanging clothes, etc.  the building is reformed and has an interior patio and an elevator.  the apartment is in a great location... very central!  It's 2 minutes from metro gran via, 5 minutes to sol, 12 minutes to retiro.  The rent is 430 euros/month.  We ask for a deposit of one month's rent.  Let us know if you have any more questions!
