room for rent 300 € bills incluyed for 1 or 2 months

hola! soy una chica española que alquila una habitación individual por cortas estancias (2-3 meses)
el piso es muy luminoso, y totalmente equipado, se encuentra en vistalegre, línea 5, a 15 min en metro de callao. hay supermercados cerca, buses, calles comerciales, muy bien comunicado. 
la habitación es individual, cama de 90, escritorio y armario. 

hay tres gatos muy cariñosos y majos, por lo que es muy importante que te gusten los animales :)

busco a una chica responsable y amigable. 

el precio son 300 € y  las facturas están incluidas(wifi, electricidad, agua y gas) y pido 100 euros de fianza. tengo wasap

the flat is very sunny and quiet, and completly furnished. it is at vistalegre metro, 15 min lef from callao. it is near to supermarkets, buses, shops, etc.. very well communicated.
the room is single, with 90 bed, desk and closet.

there is 3 lovely and noce cats in the flat so it very important you like animals :)

in the price is 300 € and incluyed all the bills (wifi,  €electricity, gas, water) and i ask only 100 € for deposit. i have whassup :)
