Renting my home

Hi!
Im subletting my apartment for one month (June 7th to July 7th).
Mertro Estrecho (L1) just round the corner, it take 15/20 minutes to Tribunal or Sol. 
The whole house is fully equipped and super comfy (washing machine, dishwasher, small oven, microwave, all kitchen stuff, nice bathroom with a bathtub, double bed, large wardrobe, wooden floors and 2 sofas aswell as a tall working/eating table with stools in the living room).
It´s 2 bed, but one would be closed with my bikes and personal stuff in it.
I also have a cat to be fed and have her box changed, if this is an issue I could get a friend to keep her but would prefer not to move her around. She is lovely, though. 
Im asking for half the rent, which would be 450 euros with bills included (water, electricity, wifi and free landline calls) and a small deposit before the lease to be returned after. A contract can be made if required, although Im pretty chilled out about things.
