large room in central apartment available july & august

I'm going home for the summer and am looking for someone to sublet my room in July and/or August. It is a large, beautiful room, fully furnished, with a private balcony. The apartment is very large, on a small but busy street between Callao and Opera. 400 euros a month all gastos included!
