Bright, Spacious Room for rent near Retiro

Hey guys, I am looking to rent out my room for july and august. It is in the Ibiza area right beside Retiro, the room is really bright and sunny with a balcony overlooking a courtyard of trees and gardens. Would be a great place to be for the summer months! The other people in the house are a Spanish male student and Chinese grad student. We speak Spanish in the house. It is three bedrooms, one bathroom, living room and kitchen. The area is more of a family area so nice and peaceful, but also still walking distance to the hustle and bustle of the city center..you can even hear the birds chirping in the mornings and there is a nice and friendly doorman named Packo to greet you every day :). The landlord is a sweet old lady who is very understanding and easy to talk to. Oh and its 365 a month, and one light bill which is usually around 10 euros a month. Thanks!
