Room available in spacious apartment near metro Delicias. Only 4 stops/ 10 minutes to Sol by metro, or 20-25 minute walk. La Latina, Lavapies and Retiro are also all within walking distance and the river is just around the corner, great for sunny days! The apartment is shared by two really nice, easy-going guys from England and Peru. The room is available for viewing from this weekend onwards and to move in at the end of April/ start of May. You won't find a cheaper place in Madrid!
