room rented in Chamartin area

I am renting  a room in a shared apartment,the bathroom is shared with other person.It will be available from 1st of May.The area is quiet and  very well comunicated by metro (Colombia), several buses and also with Madrid  three main train stations (just one subway stp from Nuevos Ministerios).
tHE ROOM HAS: 1,35 CM X 1,80 CM BED WITH A VERY CONFORMTABEL LATEX MATRESS,A CHEST OF 8 DRAWERS,A CLOSET (HAVE A LOOK TO THE PHOTO) AND A PIECE OF FURNITURE WITH SHELVES AND TWO BIG AND DEEP DRAWERS.LINEN IS INLUDED IN THE PRICE.
a doposit of 350 euros is required.
tHE RENT INLUDE ALL THE BILLS (WI-FI,ELECTRICITY,WATER AND CENTRAL HEATING).
