Big room in attic next to Parque del Retiro

Hi! We are looking for a roomate for our duplex attic next to parque del retiro in front of the Principe de Vergara metro stop. The flat is very big and has tons of light. The room is available immediately and we are looking for someone to stay at least until the end of the summer. The room is very big and it has a big bed, dresser and closet as well as air conditioning. We want someone relaxed that we can share and have a good time with. 
The flat is very centrally located 10 minutes by metro from sol, next to supermarkets, bars and tons of shopping as well as one block away from the amazing parque del retiro. The metro is right accross the street and there are plenty of buses to take you anywhere in Madrid. 
Rent is 450€ + electricity
