There are 4 big supermarkets within 5 mins of the flat - Carrefour, Carrefour Express, El Corte Ingles and a LIDL. The flat has a large living room with lots of natural light, a small balcony and three bedrooms. The apartment has a fully stocked kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, internet, TV with about 40 channels, washing machine etc. Shared with two Irish students who work full time internships Rent is EUR 330 a month, plus sixteen for the phone and internet. Utilities are charged every two months. There is also central heating which is not charged (included in the rent).
