Hi, we have a room available for rent from April 1st, in a big apartment with 2 bathrooms, good neighborhood with everything, near to Electronic & Arts 5 minutes walking, if you work there.

The apartment has a wide saloon, kitchen, 2 fridges, washing machine, microwave , tv, etc. 

Utilities are included (water, electric, heater)

We have internet wifi.

In the house live professionals between 26 and 30. We search to share with student or worker person, man or woman.

The house is in Parque Santa María subway station, line 4, 15 min of the downtown.

The price is 280 euros per month, and 150 euros of deposit that we will refund to you when you leave the room.
