The location is excellent, just 5 minutes walk to Prosperidad high street and metro (line 4) and 3 minutes walk to Cruz del Rayo and Concha Espina metro (line 9).
Lots of bars/shops close by and big park 1 minute up the road.
The flat is very spacious throughout, large living and reception rooms, spare study room,kitchen,1 bathroom.

Rent is €330pm and €100 deposit.

To share with 2 guys (we are teachers) , and dont mind either a guy or a girl.

Must be friendly,social and responsible.
We enjoy a few beers now and then but its not a party flat.
