Native English Babysitter

I'm looking for a englisgh speacker babysitter  for a children (4 years old).
I need availability 2 or 3 days in the week (from 15:00 to 20:00 more or less) and eventually for some weekends.
I live in Guadarrama (45 Km from Madrid).
