Seeking a babysitter for 17 month old girl

We are looking for a very responsible, experienced and fun babysitter for our 17 month old girl. We are a bit flexible on days/time and can work out a schedule that suits us all, but we are looking for roughly 12-16 hours per week late morning or early afternoon, with occasional weekday/weekend nights as available.
