250 EUROS - BEAUTIFUL LARGE ROOM AVAILABLE FOR AUGUST

Hi, Im an English teacher going back to England for the summer and I want to rent my room out for the month of August. Only 250 euros!!! It’s a great room with huge windows that open wide for maximum breeze! It has an individual/single bed and a chest of drawers as well as a bedside table and lots of shelf space!! You are also more than welcome to make use of the sheets and towels if you want to.
The rest of the flat is large with a good sized living room and kitchen, a dining room/ laundry room and two toilets. You will be sharing with my Spanish roommate who also speaks fluent English if you need it. It is a five minute walk to Atocha station and Lavapies as well as a ten minute walk to Retiro!!!
All bills and WIFI are included in the price!
