Double Room Available July/August

Double room with built in wardrobe available in a shared apartment in Malasaña near to Plaza Dos de Mayo. 

Metros Bilbao (lines 1 and 4) and Tribunal (lines 1 and 10) are both 2 minutes walk away and the very centre of Madrid, Sol, is only 10 minutes walking. 

Apartment is fully refurbished and has big windows and balconies to the living room and kitchen. Flat is shared with a guy from Peru and an Argentinian girl. 

Price is 300 Euros a month plus bills however this is negotiable as I would rather rent the room than pay for it to stand empty! 

If you would like any more information or wish to visit the apartment please contact me ASAP. I am going to England on the 22nd July. However, please don't hesitate to contact me after this date as I can organise with one of the other housemates to let you into the apartment.
