ROOM FOR RENT 320e (Diego de Leon)

We are looking for someone who isn't looking for just housemates, but also friends. We are bilingual and speak Spanish and English- we are
looking for someone who speaks one of the two languages, or both. (We
are American and Colombian females)  We are young professionals between the ages of 25-30, who enjoying having a good time.  There are
three of us, but one is leaving July 23rd to return home to the US, and we are looking to fill her room.



The room currently has a single bed, but a double can fit in it.  It has an interior window to one of the courtyards and a new wardrobe.
The room is 320e/month (+ gas/lights/internet ~30e) and requires a 1 month deposit.

The room is available after July 23rd for longterm stay.
