Sales quality controller

As our team grows we are looking for a quality controller to be able to aid in the training of new starters, monitor call center activity and listen to call recordings to ensure fully compliant sales.

You would be listening to calls made for our UK operations in the gas and electricity markets both for residential and business customers.
