Native English (American) + Technical Art classes

I offer conversational English that is catered to your personal goals and learning style. My dominant focus is to help you develop meaningful communication that includes your opinions and knowledge. I also teach art classes, as I have a deep interest and collegiate experience in art making.
I am TEFL certified and graduated from the University of California, Berkeley. I taught English in Thailand to adults ages 18 to 50. I work with a variety of ages and needs, from Infantil to Secundaria, as well as business-oriented English skills.

By measuring your level and interest in topics, we can adapt the class for efficient growth. The emphasis will be on speaking, listening, and pronunciation, though we can integrate reading and writing if the client is interested. We will practice varied contexts (i.e. role-plays) to broaden your circumstantial skills and comfort with English.

I am in La Latina, so classes in this area are preferred, though I can travel within the city center if necessary. We can discuss availability through a phone screening.

Yo ofrezco inglés conversacional que se adapta a tus objetivos personales y estilo de aprendizaje. Mi principal enfoque es ayudarte a desarrollar una comunicación significativa que incluya tus opiniones y conocimientos. También doy clases de arte, ya que tengo un profundo interés y una experiencia universitaria en la creación de arte.
Estoy certificada por TEFL y me gradué por la Universidad de California en Berkeley. Enseñé inglés en Tailandia a adultos de 18 a 50 años.

En base a tu nivel e intereses, podemos adaptar la clase para un crecimiento eficiente. El énfasis estará en hablar, escuchar y pronunciar, aunque podemos integrar lectura y escritura si el cliente estás interesado. Practicaremos contextos variados (i.e. juegos de roles) para ampliar tus habilidades circunstanciales con el inglés.
