Looking for a english speaking babysitter

I'm looking an english speaking baby sitter to play and take care of a 3  years old boy.  A couple of hours, once or twice a week and eventually for  friday or saturday  night. 
We are looing for a responsible and reliable person. 
We live in the north area of Madrid near to Lacoma or Mirasierra subway stations.
