Looking for a flatmate to rent a room in a two room flat :)

The flat is located in a quiet street in Lavapies district, two minutes away from the Anton Martin and Lavapies metro stations.

It has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Its perfect for someone who wants to be calm at home and have fun outside in the district / city.

The room has a big balcony with large windows, therefore a lot of sun light enters the room through the day. Its a medium-big room.

The flat is to share with me, a 32 years old easygoing person, I work as a filmmaker.

At times I work at home but probably will travel for long periods of time. Need a flat mate that dont smoke, is responsable, knows how to behave and easygoing  in their day to day. Someone to trust and just feel like a friend.

The Price is 500: this includes internet, electricity and a person that comes and cleans the flat one day a week.

One month as a deposit and one month in advance.
