Looking for Flatmate

I'm a professional English Examiner/Teacher (50). 
I am looking for an employed person to share an apartment with, in Madrid.
I am clean, tidy, organised, like to cook, work hard and have lots of interests including films, tech, travel and outdoor pursuit - hiking/cycling.
I have lived in Madrid for 6 years.
A change in circumstances has required that I move, and I'd like to find a decent flat, in a decent area to share with someone, male or female, who is tidy, quiet, not to say they don't enjoy a drink occasionally, I do, and responsible when it comes to sharing a flat.
I would propose we meet, chat, and then see if we could find something asap.
