Room for rent in Malasaña

Hi, I am a 32 year old programmer and I have been living in Madrid for the past 7 years. I am tidy, friendly, and I love getting to know new people. I am fluent in English and Spanish and I am currently trying to study German and Italian. I have a room available for rent in a very nice apartment right off Plaza dos de mayo, in Malasaña. I am interested in finding someone around my age, that is looking for a room in a quiet, nice apartment. The room has a one person bed, a small desk, its own small balcony that opens to the street, and a huge set-in closet. The apartment is pretty big, with a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and one bathroom. The price is 600€ per month, plus expenses (usually around 75€ more). I am also open to discuss short time rentals.
