Single room 230pm next to Plaza Castilla

Hello.

We have a nice small single room to rent in a large 3 bedroom flat with 2 nice balconies. 230 pm plus bills to share with 2 teachers (English male and Bulgarian female).  The flat is 10 minutes easy walk to Plaza De Castilla and N49, N177 bus right accross the Street. N22 and N24 night bus from Cibleles arrives very close.  Large park 5 minutes around the corner.  We are looking for a clean.prof,  responsable person who helps with the running of the flat and the cleaning. If you don´t want to help with keeping the flat clean then do not respond!..
