Room in Malasaña for August

I have a nice double room with an interior balcony (to a private patio) right in the heart of Malasaña that I would like to sublease for a month. It is in a 2-BR piso, and the other room will be with occasional airbnb guests. I will be doing a work-away in Tenerife from around the 28thJuly - 28 August and would love if someone could stay all or most of that time!   

Must be clean in common areas as the other room will be with temporary renters.  

Decent sized, quirky, cozy, and cool house!   Old, unrenovated home, but I love it just the same!

Price is 500 for the month, but willing to negotiate if you could help with the cleaning/check-in of airbnb guests (there will only be a few throughout the month), and feed my cat daily (food provided).  

Must like cats. :)   She is very small, sweet, and independent.  She spends most of her time outside on the patio or sleeping by the door.
