The house is big with a spacious salon, kitchen, two bathrooms &  a lobby. The house has plenty of windows, lots of natural light & stays fresh during the summer.
Mercadona, Carrefour, Dia with plenty of restaurants nearby. Located close to Delicias metro & well connected by buses as well.
To enter in July. Rent 410 euros plus bills (20-23 per month). 1 month deposit. Minimum stay 2 months. It is possible to renew the contract in Sept.
