NATIVE ENGLISH AUPAIR

I am looking for a native English aupair the first three weeks of July (July 1st-20th)
He/She will be taking care of my three kids:
Blanca: 8
Luis: 7
Diego: 5
She/He will be in a nice and fresh village in Avila (Navalperal de Pinares) and she can have Suturdays and Sundays off (Sundays until 8pm). 
Navalperal in one hour far from Madrid city centre and it has very good commuting. 
National Rail Train has a stop station in Navalperal and takes you straight to the main train stations in Madrid city center.
