Also close to metro line 1 Valdeacederas and Tetuan.
Good for a professional male or female to share with 2 English teachers.
Looking for a clean and tidy person, non-smoker. We do a weekly clean of  the flat which is very important.
2 nice size balconies to sit on, the kitchen balcony is very very quiet with a nice view.
Nice long hallway, very big living room with dining table.
Huge park for running and sport is 5 minutes walk and we have the Cibeles night bus N22 and N24 which arrives close to our street.
