Customer Service Representative

We are located in central Madrid working with clients in the United States in processing their Vital Records (birth, marriage, death certificates) so we work with local governments directly.

Job description:

-respond to client e-mails

-answer client phone calls during customer service window

What we offer:

-Standard indefinite contract (contrato indefinido)

-Work hours: from 12:00 to 21:00 (1hr lunch)
 
-Ability to work from home after 3 months

-Extra holidays for every Spanish holiday worked

-14.500euros/year
