UCETAM: Resourceful, Experienced English Language Assistant

UCETAM is looking for a resourceful, competent Native English Language Assistant with experience teaching English from Preschool to Middle School (2°ESO). In addition, you should be familiar and have experience teaching Cambridge prep classes. The position will start as soon as possible. The English Language Assistant should be passionate about teaching and feel comfortable leading and planning 25 hours of classes per week. UCETAM is looking for a creative individual to be capable of designing rewarding English classes for Cultural projects, Science, English and Cambridge prep classes. Most importantly the English Language Assistant should feel comfortable teaching and be able to connect positively with children ranging from 2 year olds to 13 year olds.
 
The position includes a monthly scholarship stipend of 1,300€, free public healthcare and free lunches Monday through Friday. The scholarship position is 26 hours. The class schedule is the following: Mondays (12:00-17:00) and Tuesdays through Fridays (9:15-17:00). The school is located in Valdemoro and the closest cercanías stop is called Valdemoro. Also, there is a bus that leaves from Legazpi Station that takes you close to the school.


 
Requirements:
The requirements for this position is that you must:
(1) be a NATIVE English Speaker
(2) IMPORTANT: have a European passport with a Spanish N.I.E. or Non-Europeans must have the actual Spanish T.I.E./N.I.E. card and the card does not expire until after June 15, 2018.
(3) proof of no criminal record by obtaining a Certificado de Penales and Certificado de Delitos de Naturaleza Sexual in Spain. Also proof of no criminal record from your native country.
(4) Degree from University
