CREATIVE ENGLISH LESSONS FOR CHILDREN

I am passionate about the education and well being of  children.  This interest led me to pursue a career with working with children.  At the beginning of 2017, I moved to Madrid to fulfil my desire to learn Spanish and perform a role based in Madrid teaching English. From my experience I am equipped with the skills and ability to work as a tutor to assist student learning. 
From my experiences, I have gained an extensive understanding of current theories, pedagogy and values needed to educate children. My personal philosophy is that students cannot learn to the best of their ability if we are not mindful of their well being. I believe successful teachers and assistants are flexible, organised and passionate. I place emphasis on creating authentic, relevant and positive learning experiences for inquiry- based learning.   
 
I have undertaken the roles of a teacher’s aide in Kenya.  I have also worked in South Africa as an Environmental Camp Counsellor.
 
In addition to my teaching experiences, I have worked as a private tutor and au pair where I assisted children with English, French and literature. 
Availability: Monday through to  Saturdays.
