2 Rooms Available Cuatro Caminos

Hi everyone,
There are 2 rooms available in my flat and ready to move in. The place is very well situated, just around the corner from Cuatro Caminos metro (lines 1, 2, 6) and a five minute walk to metro stop Guzman el Bueno (lines 6, 7).   There are plenty of supermarkets, shops and restaurants nearby. It's easy to get to any point in the city from here with various metro and bus lines, and you are only one stop away from Nuevos Ministerios.  

You'd be living with me! I'm the only one here at the moment, and as the owner has just finished some minor updates to the kitchen, I'm helping him look for new people. Rent is 266 per room per month. Bills per person average 40 a month over the course of the year.  There would be a one month deposit required.  The owner prefers longer term commitments (1 year) and non-smokers.  

Due to my schedule, I can show the place Saturday and Sunday in the mornings before 13:30. Email me if interested, and for possible other times to come by a look at it.
